The best way to start your day is with glass or cup of morning smoothie! It gives you much needed energy for your busy day, you will have strength ’till lunch and it is the healthiest and the easiest breakfast to make.

Here is our favorite smoothie recipe:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of soy milk
  • 2 table spoons of chia seeds
  • 2 table spoons of peanut butter

2 handful of green vegetable leaves of your choice! I sometimes use cauliflower leaves, they are only light green, so your smoothie will be pretty pale if you try cauliflower leaves instead of spinach etc. I like using cauliflower leaves, they are kinda different and interesting. We all like drinking smoothies, so they should be healthy, colorful, interesting and different every time!

1 tea spoon of ashwagandha powder

Add water because it is going to be too tick!

Blend the ingredients in powerful blender, pour in glasses or cups and enjoy!

It is going to be more than enough for two persons or you can pour the rest of your smoothie in glass bottle and take it with you and you can refresh yourself during the day with this powerful morning smoothie!!! Good Luck!
