Mini-pancakes for breakfast

I just love eating mini-pancakes for breakfast. They are supereasy to make, delicious and healthy! All you need is:

  • 1 banana
  • 3 tablespoons of oat
  • 2 eggs

Peel banana, chop it in slices and put in a blender. Add two eggs and oat. Mix the ingredients. Turn your stove and on a burner in a frying pan let’s make your nutritious mini-pancakes. First heat the oil. I recommend coconut oil but sunflower oil is good enough as well. Form mini-pancakes with a spoon and start frying them. It is supereasy, right? πŸ™‚
