For snack or as your morning smoothie I suggest kefir fruit smoothie. Basically any fruit will be more than fine, whatever you’ve got in your fridge or on your kitchen table but here is what I like for helping your gut working as Swiss watch. J
If you don’t have diary sensitivity use milk kefir rich in probiotic cultures, chopped fruit and granola!
Here is the recipe:
- Kefir of your choice
- 1 chopped banana
- Thin slices of fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 3 tablespoons of granola
- 2 tablespoons of coconut
Put the ingredients in powerful blender, add a little bit of water if too thick, blend and pour in glasses.
- Fresh mint leaves
- Banana slices
Or with whatever you wish for 🙂
From this amount of fruit you will get 3 glasses of delicious smoothie! Share pleasant moments with your family members or friends while drinking this incredible smoothie!
