For this amazing smoothie you will need:
- A handful of raw almonds which I blend first with a little bit of water.
- 1 banana
- 1 small red beet, peeled and chopped
- 1 carrot
- 2 slices of fresh ginger
- 2 glasses of water, I don’t like when is too tick J
After blending almonds I add red beet, banana, carrot, ginger and water. Then I blend two times for several minutes to get smooth, deep red mixture. Pour in glasses and enjoy! This smoothie, actually roothieJ is sweet, foamy and above all perfectly healthy!
